The second section of article 22 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (hereinafter, LSSI), in relation to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Parliament European and Council, of April 27, 2016, General Data Protection (hereinafter, RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD) establishes that

The RGPD, in its recital 30, mentions these technologies and their impact on data protection, indicating that Natural persons can be associated with online identifiers provided by their devices, applications, tools and protocols, such as internet protocol addresses , session identifiers in the form of “cookies” or other identifiers, such as radio frequency identification tags.
